Summary

Plaintiffs allege that Defendants misleadingly label their Vitaminwater line of beverages as being a healthy product.  Though the sugar content was disclosed on the packaging, plaintiffs allege that they were lead to believe the beverage contained only vitamins and water.  As a result of the misleading labeling, consumers purchased a product they would not have otherwise.
