Summary

Plaintiffs allege that General Electric knowingly sold defective refrigerators.  The refrigerators produced excessive moisture, which compromised the effectiveness of the product at maintaining a correct temperature, as well as potentially causing water damage to consumers' homes.  This lawsuit seeks compensation for consumers who were materially harmed by GE's negligence.
