Summary

Plaintiff's allege that Anheuser-Busch deceptively labeled and marketed its Kirin Beer as being imported from Japan.  However, since 1996, the beer has been brewed in the United States, under an agreement between Anheuser-Busch and Kirin.  Consumers are lead to believe that the beer is still imported and pay a premium that they would not for a domestic beer of similar quality.
