Summary

Plaintiffs allege that Defendants relied on information from the Consumer Reporting Agency "ChoicePoint" in determining customers' insurance rates.  The information from ChoicePoint was often inaccurate.  Plaintiffs allege that these actions violate the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), as well as other applicable laws.

  2. All objections were found to be without merit and overruled.
  3. As a condition of appealing, objectors were required to post a $15,000 appeal bond.
  4. Objector Miller appealed the Final Approval and posted the required bond.
  5. The Miller appeal was voluntarily dismissed seven days after filing.
  6. The bond was returned to Objector-Appellant Miller.
