Summary

Defendant retails hair products under the "TRESemme Naturals" brand.  Plaintiffs allege that consumers were mistakenly lead to believe that the products contained no synthetic ingredients by the prominent "natural" labeling on the products.  As a result of this labeling, consumers paid a premium for the product, expecting it to contain exclusively natural ingredients.
