Case # 07-cv-09227
Case Name Rodriguez v. It's Just Lunch International
Jurisdiction US District Court for S.D. NY

Plaintiffs allege that Defendant, It's Just Lunch, engaged in fraudulent practices when advertising and performing its "matchmaking services."  The Company claimed to offer hand-curated matches to clients, when in fact, most of their energy was spent on selling memberships and very little was spent on actual client services.  As a result, clients over-paid for services that they did not receive.
