Summary

Defendant manufactures beer under the Beck's brand, which was traditionally brewed and imported from Germany.  However, starting in 2012, Defendant moved the production to St. Louis, MO.  Plaintiffs allege that, through deceptive marketing and labeling, consumers were still lead to believe that the beer was imported and paid a premium as a result.
