Defendant employed class members as seasonal/temporary tax professionals.  As part of the agreed upon compensation, class members would be paid "additional compensation" beyond an hourly wage, based on various performance incentives.  However, Plaintiffs allege Defendants routinely failed to fully pay earned "additional compensation".
